KAGANGA'S MESSAGE

"Forget the former things, do not dwell on the past, see, I am doing a new thing! Now it spring up, do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." (Isaiah 43:18, 19)

Background: Israelites were in very difficult situation and they were wondering if things are gonna change... God sends Prophet Isaiah with the above encouraging words that new things are about to happen.

May be 2013 was the difficult year for you and you are wondering if things are going to be improved 2014. God has put in me these words of Isaiah very strongly...

A. God's desire is to bring newness and new beginning in our life as we face 2014

B. But how can newness come to our life?

I. Newness comes by letting the past go.

II. Newness comes by creating desire for it... God is telling them that he is going to make impossible to be possible(roads in the desert and streams in the wasteland)....

Why God tells this? He want Israelites to understand, believe, and desire for it.

Prophecy: God is going to create an opportunity to produce... But you must desire, hunger and thirsty for newness

III. Newness comes by allowing God to make it happen.

You know it is not Isaiah who will bring newness

Isaiah was just a messenger.

I know I cannot bring even my own newness. I am simply a messenger sent by God to tell you that God wants to make new thing in your life

But for this to happen we must understand his massage, believe, create desire, seek him, spend time with him...
